At the Youth Level, Clippers strive to put development first. Whether you are a 9 year old or a potential Draft pick, there is always room to improve your game. It is our goal to aid your player development in every way possible. Because of this we have implemented a model to ensure our goals and yours are met. We will ensure that our athletes play the game the right way. Our goal is to help our players become better on and off the field and for them to acquire the characteristics all elite level high school and collegiate programs are seeking when they evaluate talent.
